It pushes the idea of many Claude Code instances further than anyone, with persistent work tracking so a swarm does not lose the thread. If the job is throughput on one codebase, it is the most ambitious tool of its kind.
Software only. It builds code; SoloINC runs the business the code belongs to. The Mayor's job is the Managing Agent's, with a Desk and a contract underneath.
The whole job is shipping code on one repository as fast as many agents can, and there is no company around it to run.
